I am glad to see some 'kick butt' formulas here!

I have heard and read that flax seed oil kills the thyroid. This would be a problem for me since I'm on Lugols and kelp and am trying to kick START my thyroid!

I have been trying the Bach's remedies, but have not noticed any changes or effects from it. I was really hoping for it to help with insomnia and stress.

Not sure where to buy hyssop oil, fir oil, etc. Just search online? Are some of these just essential oils or something else?

My oregano oil is from North American Herb & Spice which is from the wild oregano in the middle east. Good stuff! I actually use a drop of it on my toothbrush with my toothpaste!
