I know many woman who have had tubal ligations
and I include myself in the group. It is not
normal to have no sex drive post-surgery. If
anything, it made mine stronger since the worry
of becoming pregnant was gone.

You may consider doing a hormone workup.
There are natural alternatives like yam's cream
and many other options.
