Hi, Anja!

A search of this froum will produce many posts on this subject.

Also, if you do a general search on the web you will find out that there are many food related uses for the calcium hydroxide in pickling lime.

Pickling lime has been used in homemeade pickles to keep them crisp for a very long time.

Any or all of this info should convince you that the bashers in the rest of curezone don't know what they are talking about, or, even worse, are deliberately lying to keep from loosing thier audiences to this forum. Has listening to them made you healthier or happier? If not, try something different.

Keep seeking acurate knowledge, applying, sharing it!

Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

Di

PS Baking soda can also be searched on this forum. You will find out whether and how to use, more importantly, WHY the aforementioned is so.
