The funniest thing I have ever read from him is that he DOES NOT DRINK WATER. Only fruit juices UGH!! for all the sugar.

And that all kind of Salt is harmful to the body.

He is such a joker and sounds like an uneducated man. And he is Running a forum and giving ppl health related advice. What a disaster.!!!

Alternative medicin is in jeopardy and in hands of quacks like MH.
