Paulette,

I am figthing Candida so I don't eat Carbs (especialy sugar) but eat a lot of fat, meat fat and of course, good oils. A lot's of it! I lost weight big time. I am just checking my belt holes. It is on the lowest hole. I used to use hole number 5 (5 inches bigger) The problem are Carbs not fat.
Beat me but it is true. I am living proof of it.
