Hi Jim how are you doing? How much Iodine are you taking now?

The essential building blocks to health are clean water, natural salt, soda and iodine.

I wonder what soda they are talking about? I have ran across different types, but still don't understand it. Cayce speaks of this to.

I am doing the water, salt and iodine.
