Well good luck to you with that colonic. It definitely should help. I don't want you to think that I was saying that diet alone can cure acne. I think it is just a piece of the puzzle that needs to be combined with liver and bowel cleansing among other things. I happened to be reading about vegan diets that day and thought I would share some of the information I had learned. I definitely think that you have to follow your own instincts as to what is right for you.

By the way, pumpkin seeds a good source of zinc also.
