Hi,

Thanks for your idea. I looked into the Emergen C and it does look really great. The only problem is that I can't take any Chromium at all, not even a tiny bit because of my endometriosis. It flares up instantly when I take any Chromium. So I'll be on the lookout for something else like it with everythign elase in it except Chromium. Could I drink Gatorade instead? I was also just a bit curious to know why you think that it's vitamins and electrolites that I'd need? What specific symptom do you think indicates this?
