Hi Anja,
Thanks for your reply. It sounds like a great idea to use the peppermint oil, I'll try it for next time. TOTALLY relate to how bad it must have felt. I sure do hope this one will work for you. My fingers are crossed for you.
I think that I've recovered mentally from this now. It's more in a perspective now. I mean, after two years of natural healing I have come really far, (ca 60% pain reduction) so what is one failed flush in this bigger picture? I'll just keep on doing it in two months, no huge, big deal really. I think that stress is what caused it to fail this time. I'm always stressed, but these last two weeks I've been very frustrated and angry aswell because I've been struggling to get my work permit. And anger and stress are not good for the liver at all. So, I guess, better luck to me next time...
Also, you're the first one I've ever spoken with who actually does flushes mainly to treat endo. (I don't think a lap is that nessesary to diagnose if you've got the symptoms). I'm active on many endo lists and no one is taking this approach. The only other person I know who does this for endo is Julia Chang herself. But she never took painkillers so she got rid of ALL her pain after only four flushes. I'm so jelous...I'm at flush 10 now and my period pain is still AWFUL! But you know, I really need an endo-flush buddy! So I'm glad to finally be in contact with someone else who is doing this. Most people take the pro cream but I feel that it will not work as long as my liver is this congested and full of stones.
Get well soon and let me know how you're doing with the treatment!
