Listen, I'm happy it works for some people. Honestly I really am. But, believe me when I say and read from a shit load of others that it can make problems several times worse. It's taken me a year to heal my body from the damage of those cleanses. Not to mention the Acne scars I got from them that will never go away. Last thing you want to do is jump straight into something that you have no idea of the outcome. yes it may work but you risk making it a hell of a lot worse. take the safe root before you succumb to such protocols.
