Thanks for your replies everyone.

nobugsplease, I feel a lot better physically on a vegan diet. I have been a vegetarian since I was 7 and now I cant stand to eat any kind of animal product. It is interesting about the zinc deficiany though, maybe I should get some Zinc supplement.

Diet alone is NOT enough to cure my acne, believe me - I have tried. I am due for a colonic tommorrow so hopefully that will help.
