If you felt good initially, and now feel orse, you could simply be going through die off. That is how it was for me. I went on diet and soon felt great, then gradually worse as die off started. I mistook die off for getting worse, and I changed my protocol to include antifungals, and wish instead I had just ridden out the die off from the diet alone. I did not have enough knowledge then to know.
