Good for you. :) I've tried it all (persistant Ecoli infection) and lived on Nitrofurotoin (nasty nasty nasty stuff) on and off for about 4 yrs..

***VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure you are taking btwn 1000-2000mg vit C preferably with rosehips with ea. dose, if your stomach can tolerate that. It REALLY makes a major/noticably difference. My naturopath told me to do that, and I could tell the difference when I didn't remember to do so. He also told me to use btwn 15-20 drops in about 1/8 cup of warm water -- I was dosing 3x daily. I just zapped the water in the microwave for approximately 20 secs and then added the drops afterwards.
