Hi Lara, Have you had an injury to your chest? Activity can bring on or make this condition worse.

Are you getting your omega 3s,(very important) vitamin E, and there are many other natural anti-inflammatory supplements. (niacin, bromelain, ginger, coconut oil, glucosamine/chondroitin...)

How is your diet? Try detox baths, ozone/H202, and/or infared saunas. Do you fast?
