Basic Cleansing Program: To the reasonably healthy that are less than 30 pounds over weight. To the non-terminally ill. To the people that have had a myrid of chronic minor problems. To the folks that want to improve their health.

The Big Three

Clean the colon, decongest the liver, and do an anti-parasite program.

Colon: If 30 pounds or less overweight. Two weeks minimum.

The Barefoot herbalists Lower Bowel Balance formula. LBB.

If constipated you MUST get the bowels moving. MUST.
Barefoots proceedure: Take one capsule 3 times per day for two days. Breakfast, lunch and diner. Increase the dosage to 2 capsules three times per day. If still constipated go to 3 capsules three times per day. Increase dosage in this manner untill no longer consitpated. Then back off until you have one or two good bowel movements per day.
Schulze has his patients take his formula #1 at dinnertime. Starting with one capsule and adding one per evening meal until no longer constipated. Then back off to whatever it takes to have one or two good bowel movemenets per day.
I prefer Barefoots regime and products.

Liver: Barefoots Liver/gallbladder Balance formula before bed. One tablespoon. Start when you start the colon cleanse. Liver flush at day 14 of the colon cleanse. I prefer the Coke, olive oil and lemon flush.

Anti-parasite program: Barefoots DeWormer. One tablesoon half hour after lunch and half hour after dinner. Start when you start the colon cleanse. After two weeks of twice a day go to once a day preferably after your evening meal. Total 90 days on the DeWormer.
