I did my 23rd liver flush about 8 weeks ago. I never get sick. This time I got VERY sick. Fever and all. Since then I have had headaches off and on daily. Sometimes bad. This is VERY unusual for me. I got very few stones out this time. I dont know if this means my liver is congested? Should I take Milk Thistle? I read another post stating milk thistle could be a bad thing if my liver is congested. I dont know what to do!! Will milk thistle cleanse my liver?

PS. coffee, even decaff triggers the headaches. I quit that!!
