Regarding the enema preparation, is it just 1.5 table spoon of distilled water and 1 capsule of 100% natural vitamin E 400 IU, or do I need to add anything?
In your enema preparation, you use 1.5 table spoon for 800 IU, do I need to use lesser water for 400 IU?
Do you have a "how to" on achieving a good enema for children?

How far the syringe nozzle need to go in?
