Well Im pretty sure it just outlines the principles we all talk about on curezone anyway. I bought an ebook called "your last Acne cure" which I think is similar and it basically told me what I already know..cleanse and fix your body, provide adequate nutrition, etc. Liver flushing, bowel cleansing, etc. I did enjoy reading the book and the way it outlined everything for me but it wasnt really worth spending 40 bucks for info we get here for free everyday. :\
