The same Alberto Gonzales who
rubber stamped all 152 of Bush's
executions in Texas, who has written
memos promoting torture around
the world, who has spied on all
Americans and promoted the
slaughter of innocents around the world
is trying to advance Texas execution
to other states. Who are the federal
prosecutors doing his bidding?
The Madame DeFarge in this case
is Gonzales subordinate Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Kelly,
the prosecutor, who works in the
Burlington Vermont area and who
is attempting to kill despite the
overwhelming opposition to capital
punishment in Vermont. It is obvious
that Kelly was not an assistant US
attorney Gonzales wanted to remove.
Vermont has not had an execution
in 50 years... yet the regime
wants to execute a Vermonter
and has used the fact that the
victim was taken over state
lines as an excuse to press
for governmental murder.
The 2nd Circuit court is hearing
arguments today.
(In the US higher court justices
are not elected.)
140 some countries have banned the ancient barbarism
of execution. No country which is involved in governmental
murder may enter the European Union.

RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - The 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals in New York is scheduled to hear oral arguments tomorrow in the first death sentence imposed in Vermont in nearly half a century.
The appeal of Donald Fell's federal death sentence is the first direct appeal of a federal death sentence to the New York court in 40 years.
Fell was sentenced to death a year ago for the 2000 abduction and murder of Terry King, a 53-year-old North Clarendon supermarket worker who was kidnapped as she arrived for work and later killed.
Fell's attorneys say there were errors in the jury selection process and the admissibility of certain testimony.
Neocon tv such as CNN, MSNBC
and ABC have virtually ignored
coverage of this case.
God prevent execution in Vermont.
Do not allow the unelected violent
regime to force execution on nonexecuting
states.
