do you have PMS or other liver symptoms? if so then your liver is involved and it would lead me to think you colon is just backed up??? if it;s not clean all those toxins get reabsorbed and the Acne gets worse. you prob already know that.
the vegan diet might not be right for you. might be worsening your skin. you might be allergic to soemthing you are eating too. SHelyy really advises against vegan diets. write her. she won't mind. i have asked her a lot of questions.
also- i have heard and have started taking saw palmetto oil. they talk about it on the PCOS forum- it has helped many with hormomal acne. i dojn't know if you have hormonal issues though. also B5 helps with hormonal Acne and Zinc. this is a biggie from what i have read. Zinc deficiency causes cystic acne. this may be what you need for real. when i get home i'll forward you the article on zinc def. and anything else i have that might help if you want.
do the colonics though- continue with them. i would consider flushing again. are you doinf the sensible health flush? that's the one i use and i also use malic acid before hand.
don't give up- you'll get there.
