Thanks for your response :) I thought about posting on shelleys forum but she has already answered a couple of my posts before, I dont want to ask her too many things!

I have sort of been bowel cleansing for a while now. I take psyllium twice a day, and have been doing enemas (deep enemas) twice a day. I also try and juice quite a bit and my diet is usually more or less vegan. I actually have a colonic scheduled for friday and I was thinking about maybe flushing again thursday, which is why I asked if I could flush again as I got no stones.

I have taken a whole bottle of coptis and GCG from sensiblehealth, and I take the chinese bitters. However, i have seen no actual difference whilst taking these and I feel like I am spending money on something which actually does nothing, for me anyway.
