I kind of think this. I remember a lady complained like that about her son doing the same thing. When they did tests on him they found he had vitamin deficiencies. She had been breastfeeding him. Why don't you find a powdered supplement to mix in her milk that has alot of vitamins and minerals in it. This should work. She could also have an ear infection too.
