The symtoms you described can be related to hypothyroidism... I fall back and forth into hypothyroidism throughout the monthes back and forth, depending on how well i eat or what i eat... the only way you can tell is through blood work, and usually you need to fast before they do the blood work to tell if you are but sometimes, a good endocrinologist is needed, like in my case simple blood work wasnt enough they needed to do a couple times.
Signs & Symptoms of Hypothyroidism:
Fatigue
Weakness
Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight
Coarse, dry hair
Dry, rough pale skin
Hair loss
Cold intolerance (can't tolerate the cold like those around you)
Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches
Constipation
Depression
Irritability
Memory loss
Abnormal menstrual cycles
Decreased libido
Some people can also mistake thier hypothyroidism for hyperthyroidism too which signs and symtoms include:
Palpitations
Heat intolerance
Nervousness
Insomnia
Breathlessness
Increased bowel movements
Light or absent menstrual periods
Fatigue
Fast heart rate
Trembling hands
Weight loss
Muscle weakness
Warm moist skin
Hair loss
Staring gaze
Both are have some similarities and some differences... its somtimes hard to decipher which is which on a person on a actual symtom list, i suggest getting blood work done... good luck
