Hello,
I was curious to know if you dieted or ate a certain way when you lost 20 pounds.
I'm taking generic armour thyroid and just learned about taking it sublingually a couple of days ago. I'm trying to eat small to moderate amounts of quality protein and low carbs most of the time, unless we eat out and am still having trouble losing weight. I have lost inches though on an exercise program I am on.
