Look at the classic Coke flush on the Flush FAQ s page. You drink the oil/juice mixture, and then drink the whole bottle the next morning; you don't need to "substitute" in various intervals, the Epsom Salts . You want your bowels really moving when you do a flush. A few tablespoons isn't going to do much of anything. I don't know anything about taking pills because I've only used the liquid.
