It would be interesting to know what kind of bacteria your body is manufacturing. It may give you some idea of how to achieve balance more quickly and efficiently. Shroom and the Microbe Detective APXR would probably say it's extremely important to know what you are dealing with. I'm inclined to think the solution is to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse, and give your body the nutrients it needs, which may require some trial and error experimentation, regardless of what is going on.

The test recommended on the demodex solutions involved scraping the skin on the face to get a sample of facial oil and looking at in under a microscoped at a magnification of 400x-1200x. Another way to test would be to put some cold cream on a small patch of skin where there are pimples. If the cold cream causes you to break out even more, it means the mites are suffocating and dying.
