I too have a Hiatial Hernia and pretty bad acid reflux. I control it with diet and apple cider vinegar. I have suspected that there was a connection between a hiatial hernia and acid reflux, although nobody has ever affirmed this. You know, but I don't think I would jump from a stool with a stomach full of water. If it works, maybe after the broken leg healed it would be worth it. LOL! That's a joke.

I have never heard of this. My mom lived with a hiatial hernia all her life, so I figure I can too. It must be heredetery.
