Yes it was. Only the first few times I stuffed myself and I could tell it was just too close to the ES.

There are some flushes where they tell you you can have food,
Kelley flush, Julia Chang's, Oxypowder and may be other ones.

I like it when your bowels are clean when you start, a deep enema would be good, I use a colema board, but now I have also used 6 Oxypowder capsules for 4 nights in a row. And I always use ES, I have no problems with it.
Though when you are so clean the ES don't give you the runs as much.
