I have had uncontrolleable diarrhoe for over 40 years, with bad gas, sensitivity skin to sun, I have tried most things but maybe not for long enough, I will give this one a go of taking 2 tubs of plain Yoghurt per day to see if this will help me, I have been taking Probiotics, for 2 months.....
