You must have one hell of a build up and I wish in return for your help to others (including me) that you fully heal.

Being almost back to optimal well being for small parts of my day it is such a great relief that I can now make body building plans and show people at work just how intelligent and professional I am.

However, I will look into Iodine and those links and make asmush use as possible.

No doubt I will be hassling you for more information soon.
