I would get started on the Iodine asap. It is an essential nutrient, and most everybody is Iodine deficient. It will make your cells healthy, and prevent the disease from coming back. Start with one drop per day for a week, the slowly increase. It will cause detox.

I started with one drop per day in January. I'm now taking 10 drops twice a day in water, nothing else orally. I've stopped taking all the herbs that I've been relying on for the past four years to keep the parasites in check.

I will still insert a cap or Wormwood anally when I feel a pinworm bite, but they are not biting as hard, or as frequently.

I've had stinky urine, stinky BO, headaches, joint aches and the brassy taste in my mouth, which means heavy metals are coming out. It takes 12 drops twice daily for the brassy taste to start. I get very anxious and paranoid, have to back off when that happens. But I will persist.

I feel a squiggly sensation on my tongue after taking a dose, which tells me threadworms are dying. I also feel increased movement in my abdomen and needle like sensations too. The gland in my neck aches. My neck and chest pop. It all feels like the congestion, or scar tissue, or whatever, is breaking down and being cleared out by the Iodine. I believe it has helped me a lot, even though I still have a way to go.
