Anyone familiar with the Jerry Brunetti presentation is also familiar with how he discovered something monumentally significant about real milk milk versus not-milk milk when it comes to the topic of the bacteria scare the public is most frequently encouraged to be most often in fear of as it relates to "milk". Among the chores of the friendly bacteria present in ample amounts in raw milk is....... preventing the culturing & colonization of deadly bacteria, like, Listeria, like, E. Coli. Listeria and E.Coli, coincidentally, just happen to be two of the biggest boogeymen stars in the ongoing play of Big Milk. That's right folks. Real, genuine raw milk naturally contains certain friendly microscopic organisms, the presence of which prevents unfriendlies from having the opportunity to exist & subsequently develope & flourish within the milk as the milk sits on the shelf. . Guess what stage is set upon pasteurizing milk, putting it in commercial containers (veritable Petri Dishes that they are) and shipped off for retail sales?..... that's right, the stage is then set for these boogeymen to have the opportunity to develop, spawn and flourish, right there, right in the very denatured, adulterated, homegenized, pasteurized crap itself!... ironic, wouldn't you say?

Consider this a public service announcement, a figurative "example 9991", if you will, of how to turn upside down common aspects of this modern world in order to get closer to some of the truths hidden in it.
