i dont like how easy it goes rancid, i dont like what rancid oil does in the body, and i never liked how it tased no matter how fresh it was. plus, if i am going to spend that kind of money, i would just as soon use hemp oil. mostly i stick with olive oil, coconut oil, and sesame oil for oil pulling.

eat oil - olive
wear oil - coconut
swish oil - sesame
