No, not being sarcastic - I do have NO PROBLEM letting them know, um, it just doesn't feel like what I'm used to, please file a bit more here, now here, etc.

I'm hoping that my 32-day fast from March to April helped get rid of a lot of the OLD mercury I was storing???

I will definitely now have the incentive to STICK with a fruitarian diet, only because my intestines work best on one.
