Although I read it, I have still decided to wait until I've had my appointment with my chiropractor/acupuncturist/nutritionist (maybe I should just say alternative health doctor? lol)!

He does a variety of things, and I will have the hair analysis (to see if I'm deficient in anything) and the iridology done, before I start anything else. He also does some kind of testing to see "how much" of any one thing one should take - I just forget what this is called.

I know with the fasts I've done since seeing him, I've done enough cleansing that the nutritional things should be much better absorbed this time around. And, of course, he'll know about the Amalgam removal that will start on August 28th, so I can get his guidance on detoxing that as well.

At least it was reassuring to read that no one went totally bald, although I KNOW I'm going to have to get a really short haircut!

I may have to come here for a lot of support after that, cuz I'll probably be a crying emotional wreck. My hair was getting absolutely beautiful!

PS: I wrote it on my appt card, though, to specifically ask him about EPO! Thanks! (I also have problems with taking flaxseed oil).
