yes, Dearie, I was thinking of You & Uny. Sounds like pretty easy stuff to try, huh? I've swished with EPO, I really like it...and supplements, lysine, etc. easy:) There's more info at the link, I just cut & pasted....
think I got most of the good stuff:)
