Oh, you have chemical sensitivites? I would like to hear more, if you would like to let me know. Was your situation severe? How long were you having problems and how long have you cleansed? For me the big ones are chlorine in tap water, as well, ink, parabens and other petroleum-based substances, smoke, all kinds, and formaldehydes.

That's a good idea--the sauna. I think that bath must have had an impact.

I wish I would have stared the liver/kidney cleanses a year or two ago when I started taking the foundational formulas. Well, I think my body was not strong enough for the detox. I have spent that long rebuilding my entire endocrine system. Also the year of using NCD was very necessary, I believe. I think I would have been in serious trouble had I had the same types of reactions after that first liver cleanse a year ago. It was pretty serious at this time.

I am glad that I kept going on with the cleanses.

The fact that I have the energy and the desire to do all the juicing is a major improvement. It makes such a difference. It has been a long time since I could spare the energy for juicing.
