was at my natropathic doctor about a month ago and during the diagnosis I asked her about a symptom I have been having for some time now - tingles in the head and around the crown chakra / 3rd eye. Previously I understood this was related to a Kundalini awakening, she mentioned it's also linked to the Pineal Gland.

Just curious on whether anyone on here had further info on this.
