I've read that one should not take probiotics while dealing with candida, that you need to wait until the candida is gone before replenishing good intestinal flora. That taking probitics while you have candida will just feed the candida. This makes sense, but I am confused by the protocols that suggest taking them while candida is present. I've tried taking them (still have candida) and I cannot tolerate them, but perhaps it is because I also have leaky gut.

Anyone know what is the best way?
