i just want to thank you for replying to me. you are so helpfull to myself, and so many others and it means a lot to us that you help us with all of our questions and learn about this type of healthy lifestyle. you are an inspiration and very much appreciated. i just love reading all of your replies and posts. thanks again


oh and i didn't get to start my fast yet i had to pick up a lot of shifts this week as one of our bartenders quit...however, saturday is the day. i also want to say i am sorry about questioning using salt on the cleanse i knew better =) i saw if in another post and it kind of made sense for a minute
