Take some antioxidants-vit c, e right away. They will help to quench the free radicals.It may not be pleasant right now, but you can be sure there will be no bad bugs left in your system. Hang in there and all will be well.I doubt if there will be any permanent damage.You may even see some very loose stools soon.
