I just took my 2nd epson salt drink. I'm following the clark receipe which seems to be most popular and proven effective. I don't feel much rumbling down there but I do feel very hungry from missing my dinner and am wondering if the rumblings are from the hunger rather than the epson drink.

I added 1.5 tablespoon to 3/4 cup of water and then squeezed some fresh lemon so it's easier to go down. Do you think if I increase the Epsom Salt then the flush will be more effective? With more Epsom Salt then the biliary duct should open even wider should it not?

Well, in the next few minutes I should be taking the olive oil drink.

I'll post my results.
