Exactly my opinion. Against Candida plus leaky gut, the rule of thumb is DO NOT IRRITATE even more, by taking substances like ACV, lots of supplements or by eating lots of raw foods.
And I confirm, slippery elm and chewing marshmallow root are the only things that help so far.
