Thanks. I noticed on the Transit Time that "good" time should be 20-45 hours with fiber. To me that's still a long time.

Very good transit, I think, should be 12-15 hrs. Therefore, if I ate a meal in the evening at 6 PM, then at 6 AM I should be ready to go.
