How far below the ribs? have you ever had issues with candida? and how long after you eat do you notice this? also is it always after eating nuts? or any raw vegetation?

The pain is exactly at the rib line or just behind the ribs. I would guess I have candida as I am having trouble getting along without sweetness. Candida probably has been my friend all these years since I have had Amalgams since I was a child. I just had them removed in June so I wonder how long I should wait until I start fighting off the candida. I did break out in a big rash on my neck after removal and the lady at the HF store said that was a candida reaction.

I don't always have the pain, so I guess I'll watch what I eat more closely.

I just had pecans and the alfalfa and mung bean sprouts with a bit of lime juice over them.

It seems I have been thrown into doing a food elimination diet. It's not something I like to do, but have done many years ago. Narrowing foods down to one at a time looks like what I'll have to be doing for now.

My main goal is to be well each day and this has taken me to places I was not expecting. That can be a good thing but vary taxing on the will power.

I have eaten raw nuts and raw foods for quite some time now. Mainly fruits for breakfast/grains and then Celery with lemon juice for lunch, or a regular salad with dressings. My dinners were bad and just eating what the family was having.

My elimination has been great since switching to raw, what a relief! (sorry) At least once a day and from what I have read, very normal. I just hope I am assimilating the vitamins and minerals. I started blending the sprouts with fruits for breakfast and then chopping the veggies in the chopper so it's easier to eat.

I used to take Absorbaid to help with digestion, so maybe I should get some more of that to use.
