Posting even though I usually get a lot of mean feedback / emails. Still lots of good stuff here.

Went to Wal, got heating pad, castor oil, pack of two flannels. Soaked 8 oz of castor w/flannel and went to sleep with it and heating pad on my abdomen.

WOW. Stomach is noticeably flatter and I awoke with an incredible sense of well-being. As an added, I guess, bonus, the white flannel was quite dark...

Anybody else playing with castor oil??
