From an email I received today:

Dear Tony,

Thank you for alerting us to this matter. It is NewsTarget's strict policy
that none of our articles or cartoons may be directly used for sales or
profit. This mass email is asking for a donation, so that certainly seems to
violate our policy.

This issue will be handled, thank you again.
