This is a simple way to get rid of it that I have used for years.

Get a bar of soap, I prefer octagon soap. Wet and work to a thick lather. Apply over the affected ares and let dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it off. Repeat 3 or 4 times.

The drying soap appears to pull the urushiol out of the skin.
