yes, i would try to find a reputable herbalist or a homoeopath in your area. acupuncture can help regulate hormones also. but do make sure that whoever you go to is properly qualified in their particular field. and stick to a generally good healthy Diet of plenty of fresh oily fish, vegetables, fruit, lots of water etc. good luck.x
