I've been searching all over the curezone and I haven't found a thread for weight loss in The Master Cleanse fourm! I'm wanting to do The Master Cleanse for weight loss, (I'd also like to cleanse my body I look at that as a plus) but a lot of the reason why is for weight loss, I've successfully completed fasts before so I'm content with coming off of my fast and not gaining EVERY pound back, however I was wondering, is this going to produce the same weight loss results as a regular water fast? How much weight has everyone lost?

Also..another question, since I'm in the average weight I was wondering how much does a person in the average/high average weight range lose?
